Ceana looked over to the smaller Dragon when she saw her manipulating the water, causing rain and water jets to fly at the Giant Fruit Bat. A Water Dragon? I have seen them but I haven't seen one this experienced...A Master maybe? Oh I do hope that she doesn't turn on me, that's all I need; to be killed by a Water Master and a Shadow Master at the same time... But her thoughts were quickly changed when she saw that she wasn't helping the black Dragon but she was imprisoning him. So, she is on my side? That can't be, I've know for sure that there are no Water Masters in the Rebellion, there are only one or two Masters if that! She nearly fainted in the lake when she had finished with The Shadow. I'd rather die than watch this Overgrown Fruit Bat win. Ceana thought about attacking the weak Dragon but instead quickly swam over to the slim Dragon despite her fatigue. She quickly braced the Dragon with her unburnt wing, attempting to keep her from fainting or worse. "It's okay, I'll support you. What is your name? Mine is Ceana." She reluctantly added her own name, knowing how dangerous it could potentially be for someone of the other Nation to know an enemy's name. But she was quickly distracted from her thoughts of danger when a sudden muscle spasm in her burn flank brought her attention to her injuries. I know I shouldn't do this but maybe I should ask for help from this mysterious mistress when this is over. I will need some major healing when I get out of this. Or should I say if?

Draetrialis was panting, obviously exhausted. "I... cannot... be... BEATEN!" He gasped before letting out a roar and collapsing, still imprisioned by the ice. He just lay there in the ice, trying to catch his breath, and he glared at the dragoness and griffin. "None... shall... beat me..." the dragon growled, his eyes burning with passionate hatred. "Both of you... are nothing..." was all the dragon said before letting out one more roar as he broke free of the icy prision and he growled at both of the females. "Neither of you have seen the last of me... especially you, GRIFFIN!" He gasped before diving under the surface, his form fading as he entered his cave, a couple rocks falling to cover most of the entrance, as a warning to others...
(And that's all my muse allows... I'm out.)

Breathing hard, Lin watched Draetrialis looking for any signs that he would be able to break free again. She ignored his stifled roars trying to get a control of her breathing. The ice around Draetrialis' muzzle broke and soon the ice around his neck shattered. Lin watched carefully, the rest of his body was trapped well; it would be unlikely that he would be able to fully escape without using a lot of energy. Lin felt something support her in the water and glanced over to see the griffin. "It's okay, I'll support you. What is your name? Mine is Ceana." The griffin said. Lin gave the griffin a small smile in return. "You should be careful with who you say your name to, names are powerful things. Anyhow, my name is Lin. Forgive my comrade, Drae, for his rudeness. I'll have to report this to the others in Ammon. I'm neutral in this war, but I can't say the same for Drae so you might want to leave before he escapes. Don't worry too much about me, Drae cannot slay me without facing the consequences of his own demise." Lin said. She glanced from Ceana back to Draetrialis, he seemed to be tiring out. Lin let out a small sigh of relief; she had managed to keep a innocent griffin safe from the rage of a shadow dragon without killing anyone. "I... cannot... be... BEATEN!" Draetrialis protested before collapsing. Lin had to admit that she pitied the dragon. Of course that didn't mean she'd free him because 1) the effort might cause her to faint and 2) he might kill the griffin if she did. "None... shall... beat me..." Draetrialis spat, his words laced with loathing, "Both of you... are nothing..." Lin looked at Drae with indifferent eyes, a being who could not learn from their mistakes and defeats would not get far in life. With a final effort, Draetrialis broke free from the ice. Instinctually Lin knew he wouldn't be able to do any more harm to them. With a final threat he dove down into the lake and back into his cave. Using the last of her strength, Lin made her way to the shore of the lake. Lying down, Lin closed her eyes and began an attempt to steady her breathing.

Ceana felt the Dragon embrace her grip as she watched the Giant Fruit Bat with loathe, making sure that he wouldn't come after her again. Don't worry too much about me, Drae cannot slay me without facing the consequences of his own demise." She thought the irony that she'd just thought of that before hand. She turned to glance at Lin but she could only do so for a moment before she heard the loud crack as Draetrialis broke his muzzle free of the ice Lin had put on him. Next to a minute later he broke free of the ice with a great roar, threatening the two before he dove underwater, back to his watery cave. With a sigh of relief, Ceana swam over to the edge of the lake, her muscles aching like they've never ached before. Once there, she hauled herself out, her burnt side protesting at the strain of the skin and muscle. She flopped on the grass, her burnt side and wing facing the sun in an attempt to rest her injured side. She then noticed Lin laying near her, resting as well. "Hey Lin," she mustered up a faint smile. "Well at least we sent that Giant Fruit Bat packing."

IC -- As Ceana drew nearer to Lin, she sighed. Her energy was at it limits so she would have to rest for quite a while. She wondered whether or not she would be safer in her human form than in her dragon form. If she were to stay in her dragon form, any other rebellions that saw her would consider her an enemy and most likely kill her in her weakened state. However if she were to take her human form it would attract less attention and because there were humans on both sides they wouldn’t kill her as quickly. There were downsides to being in her human form though. One would be that she was more vulnerable. As a human her abilities would be limited and although she did learn martial arts, her lack of energy would put her at a disadvantage. Another thing was that she wouldn't be able to travel very quickly without flying. Senshu Village was at least a good twenty or so miles away from the lake, give or take.
"Hey Lin," Ceana's voice broke Lin's train of thought and she glanced over, "Well at least we sent that Giant Fruit Bat packing." This caused Lin to laugh a little. It was true that some victory came out of this event. "I guess so. I'm glad no one had to die today though. There's been too much death in these times. I'm also glad that Drae didn’t persist with fighting." Lin glanced over Ceana's injuries. They looked nasty, but Lin thought that they weren't too bad compared to what Draetriallis could have done. Sighing, Lin stood up making sure she was fit enough to fly home. Once she was confident she wouldn't collapse out of exhaustion she stretched her wings. "You should get back to your home and get those wounds checked out. I have to fly back to Ammon and make a report on this. I guess this is farewell then." Lin sprung into the air and began flying back towards Ammon.
